The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2021) is one of the most popular exams attempted by B.Tech/B.E./B.Arch graduates across India. This examination conducted once in a year by IITs (Indian Institute of Technology) or IISc Bangalore (Indian Institute for Science). A candidate who wants to pursue their higher education or a post-doctoral course in India or want to get a job in Public Sector Undertaking (PSUs) should appear for GATE Examination.
GATE is a national-level online examination and examines candidate relative performance level in a particular subject in the examination across several years. The GATE score is used for admissions to post-graduate programs (e.g., M.E./M.Tech/ Direct Ph.D.) in centrally funded Indian Institutes of higher education (i.e., Institutes which are provided with financial assistance by MHRD and other Government agencies).
